Steps to Reproduce error

  • Go to Home->Admin->Organisation Details
  • Enable Messaging
  • Go to Home->App Designer->(Subject Types|Programs|Encounter Types)->(New|Edit)
  • Notice that the app breaks

Expected

  • App should throw an error message "Messaging is not configured correctly in external system config".

Tech notes

  • Change is required for message on avni-server as well as avni-webapp to handle the errors
  • Ensure the fix is done for all pages mentioned in the steps to reproduce
