Motivation

In app designer, its not easy to search for SubjectTypes/ EncounterType or Programs using their name. Same for other entities like "Offline Dashboard", "Offline Report Card", searching across large number of entities becomes tedious.

Acceptance Criteria

Have a simple search by name for each section in App Designer, to simplify implementor experience in updating the entity
