Creating dashboard is retaining old data

Card are automatilly pick while creating the new dashboard

When we create the dashboard and saved. After that if we create a another dashbaord the card is added in the section even though the user didnt added it

Steps to reproduce :

1.Login to the webapp
2.Click on the app designer
3.Click on the offline dashboard
4.Click on the new offline dashboard
5.Create the dashboard
6.repeat the step 4 and step 5

Expected result : User should be able to see the empty dashboard
Actual Result : User can be able to see the card added automatically
