Describe the bug
After uploading an extension via the UI, the app doesn't give feedback on whether the upload was successful or it failed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Upload an extension

Expected behavior
It should give a clear feedback/message on whether the upload passed or it failed.
