Create an Super-admin only page to display Embedded Metabase Dashboards

Motivation

QA and implementation-support teams need to look at SQL Query response to determine ETL runs status and timing. This is not a straight-forward approach and making use of Metabase Public Embedded Dashboards are easy to build-into the app.

Acceptance Criteria

• Create an Super-admin only page to display Embedded Metabase Dashboards
• The number and URL of Embedded Metabase Dashboards displayed should be configurable based on a server api response
• Server should pick up this information from app properties (or DB table)
