Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes, we need to read/write in avro format without the concrete classes.

Describe the solution you'd like
Support the Any type to encode and decode anything from and to GenericRecord, GenericArray, GenericFixed and GenericEnumSymbol.
