Live preview in home assistant

Feature request

I'd like to expose the USB Capture device to the network, same as Hyperion.NG is doing it.
With Hyperion and Home Assistant there is an camera entity, where i can get a live preview from the capturing device.

What problem does this feature solve?

Live preview is not accessible from other devices in the same network.

What does the proposed API look like?

How should this be implemented in your opinion?

An option in "remote control" to also expose the live preview.

Are you willing to work on this yourself?

Thats an interesting question tbh...
I would if my linux knowledge and understanding would allow it.
And thats kindy why its a feature request, and not an offer with an already done solution.
