Provide a way to enable cloudwatch logs for the UserPool

Use Case

We would like to log user activity in the user pool

We're looking into this, we can't see a way to configure the Advanced Security Features through CloudFormation - have you found any guidance?

unfortunately no... had to enable manually in the aws console.
