This PR tunes the env variables of blockscan (Axon's explorer).

# Batch size for blocks catchup fetcher, defaults to 10
INDEXER_CATCHUP_BLOCKS_BATCH_SIZE=1
# Concurrency for blocks catchup fetcher, defaults to 10 
INDEXER_CATCHUP_BLOCKS_CONCURRENCY=2
