Recommendation request inter field validation

When arbitrary fields in the recommendation request need to be handled differently for providers or they have some limitations depending on various other fields the behaviour needs to be exposed for users.

Hints:

• add the provider as a field in the request
• add a generic hint field to the response for recommendation information (warnings etc ...)
