Thoughts on plugins

I'll be rewritting it in TypeScript and stripping out anything that isn't needed for modern development (such as the jquery, bower, and component json file merging).

I'll also be aiming towards making it a series of small components, unix style.

End-result will be the same, but the code will be simpler and different.

If anyone has written extensions on top of projectz, now is the time to voice it.

Essentially:

1. new executable for updating the contributors data - done see bevry/get-contributors
2. update projectz for updating the markdown files using https://github.com/bevry/ropo for the replacements with a projectz configuration object inside package.json that can override or add additional sections to commands that will be executed - such as curl or whatever - which output will be used
