传到100%卡在这，然后提交也提交不了

这个就我的经验来说，就是单个文件过大，传输的时候时间太长，有可能会出现网络波动之类的情况，导致稿件错误上传，看着百分之百，但是其实并没有提交到B站的服务器上面去，这种情况一般需要删掉重新传递
