Post documentation on the arbitration process, arbitration role, and donation address owner. A strong basis for this material was given to me, but refining it and making it ready for the wiki took quite some time.

Notable items:

• Handle messaging for the security incident across the blog, Twitter, forum, and various reddit and Telegram channels...explaining what happened, how it was being handled, what users should do, etc.
• Hold a growth call at the end of March to summarize growth efforts and discuss future initiatives. Jitsi cut off recording at ~12 minutes but I think the call went over ~2 hours.

Infrastructure 150 USD

Run 1 full node (50) and 1 block explorer (100).

Much of my work this cycle was heads-down on a new getting-started guide. I had intended to deliver that item within this cycle, and that will probably still happen, but not before the proposal phase ends.
