Create a docs section where to add a starting guide and more:

  • How to setup a cluster and fine tuning (detail cluster secret data)
  • Detail each cluster param
  • How to connect to a cluster (created services)
  • How set recurrent backups
  • How to migrate to from old cluster to mysql-operator

Also let's add here in comments what needs documentation, maybe I missed something.

* Switch to the new TabletExternallyReparented.

Upstream Vitess moved TER from TabletManagerClient to Wrangler. We
stayed on the old one for a while because the new one requires that
users have upgraded to a certain minimum Vitess version. It has been
long enough now that I think we can assume that's the case.

* Set demote_master_type=SPARE on externalmaster tablets.
