Add support for Scash

Scash is Bitcoin with SHA256 PoW replaced with Monero's RandomX

Scash is based on Bitcoin Core 26.0 with changes detailed in the protocol spec here: https://github.com/scash-project/sips/blob/main/scash-protocol-spec.md

Highlights:

• block header has an extra field
• block hash is no longer used to meet the block target, instead a RandomX commitment must meet the target
• the latest version of RandomX 1.2.1 is required, which features commitments

There is a cpuminer for solo mining with the node, using RPCs getblocktemplate and submitblock

I will look into it when i have more free time.

It won't be an easy implementation since it is a mix between Bitcoin family and RandomX.
