Current behavior

When the chain is not ready and the address and amount are typed, it shows an error.

Expected behavior

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

• Open kuma wallet
• Connect to any EVM chain
• Make sure the chain is not init (Optional, you could limit the network speed)
• Immediately type any address and any amount
• There should see the popup error

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
