• whip vp9 from ios17.3.1 safari can read from macos chrome.
• WHEP VP9 not playing from macos chrome on ios17.3.1 safari either.

start the server
publish in page1 with WHIP VP9 on ios17.3.1 safari
read in page1 with ios17.3.1 safari
read in page2 with macos chrome
