Is there any way Support running on Windows Docker Desktop or WSL2

Hi, Teams
I want to get a feature rewquest that PDS can running on Windows Docker.
Because I don't have any Ubuntu/Debain Host System, the WSL2 or Windows Docker is the best choose to run with that
For now, I actually use WSL2 to build the env file and copy data out to Windows Docker to run and it work great
missing some #52 or #130 ,otherwise it will be perfert running on Windows Docker
