I guess we should add info about the TS types to README.

I checked that:

• googling react-permissible types finds nothing relevant
• the only brainhubeu repo having types in https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped is react-carousel
• there's neither react-permissible-typescript-tests nor react-permissible-typescript package on NPM
• there are some types declared in https://github.com/brainhubeu/react-permissible/blob/master/types/react-permissible.d.ts but I'm not sure whether it's correct and whether it's finished

So I created an issue about finishing typing #107
