Supercookies tracking

Hi,
brave on GNU/Linux is able to block supercookies tracking while on both windows 10 2004 and macOS does not work link.

Hi @rebron, I just tried with brave 1.24.82 on windows 2011 and the problem is still present.

@pachainti Can you describe exactly the steps you are following in order to test this and the results you are seeing?

@fmarier I even tried with new profile. I visited the website, copied the ID, closed and reopened the browser and I repeated the visit. The ID is always the same.
