Unable to tweet after tip on Linux

Follow up to #5516. But now instead of crash, twitter login is not shown

After tipping, clicking on Tweet, the twitter login is not shown.

Important: this is Linux only issues
Important: Does not reproduce if user is already logged in

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean install on staging
2. Enable Rewards
3. Claim grant or fund wallet another way
4. Open publisher page (https://www.reddit.com/user/jsadler-brave)
5. Use inline tipping
6. Click tip amount
7. Quickly click another tip amount (repeat few times)
8. Immediately click SEND MY TIP
9. Immediately click Tweet about your support

Actual result:

Twitter login is not shown. User cannot tweet.

Expected result:

Twitter login is shown. User can tweet.

Reproduces how often:

Intermittent issue, around 50% repro rate
