Description

Brave pages have Chormium icons instead of Brave icons

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Upgrade Beta/Dev build
  2. Load any brave:// page
  3. Feel embarrassed

Actual result:

Easy

Brave version (brave://version info)

Dev - 0.60.4 Chromium: 72.0.3626.17
Beta - 0.59.12 Chromium: 72.0.3626.17

Reproducible on current release:

  • Does it reproduce on brave-browser dev/beta builds?
    Yes (see screenshots)

Website problems only:

  • Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields?
