Description

Breakpoints while debugging in the devTools window extremely slows down the browser.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run any web app
  2. open devtools (ctrl+shift+I)
  3. Put a breakpoint in the .js file of the app, where the control is guaranteed to enter

Actual result:

Slows down the browser

Expected result:

Should not slowdown the browser
