Describe the issue you encountered:
none of the content script listeners added via chrome.ipc.on seem to be firing. this breaks password filling and swipe navigation.

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?): mac
  • Brave Version: v0.11.6dev-beta5
