I checked other months and see they all had the same issue. I found correct declinations for all.

It will be fixed in 2.63.0

$august15 = \Carbon\Carbon::parse('2022-08-15')->locale('lv');

echo $august15->isoFormat('LLLL') . "\n";
echo $august15->monthName . "\n";

Will output:

2022. gada 15. augusts, 00:00
augustā

So augusts when inside a date and augustā when alone.
