Error: No repository URL found in package.json #14

Given a package with a valid URL (per the docs), kacl prerelease generates an error:

$ kacl prerelease
No repository URL found in package.json
$ cat package.json | grep repository
  "repository": "github:jasonkarns/bats-assert-1",

Quite likely, kacl needs to use https://www.npmjs.com/package/normalize-package-data or https://www.npmjs.com/package/read-package-json to see the "normalized" package.json as seen by npm itself.
