We are on Jekyll, it won't run on my machine as i have a too new version of Ruby.

How about we scrap Jekyll and move to Gatsby? No more Docker or Ruby, just Node.

Sounds good to me. I'm going to prioritise fixing the compose file and updating the location first, then we can think about cool stuff to do with the tech.
