Description:
The monitoring system should track Cosmos account wallet balances and raise an alert when an account balance falls below a certain threshold. This threshold should be configurable and set to a reasonable value based on our requirements.

Details:

Wallet Address: [Insert wallet address to monitor]
Threshold: [Insert threshold amount in the account currency]
Monitoring Interval: [Insert the frequency of balance checks]
