It took me quite a bit of fiddling to get a working Dockerfile to use with Kamal and, later, Dokku...
Right now there is no Dockerfile at all, so I'd be happy to contribute it so it serves as a working starting point for others.
Here's my Dockerfile. Once you agree this is worth doing I'll make a pull request.
