Nice tool! I would like to use it but do not want to use FragPipe. I have label free spectral identifications from Metamorpheus. Can I use Prophet and then use your tool somehow? Any suggestions?

Thanks for your interesting in SEPepQuant. We are developing a new feature which only need a pre-formatted peptide level quantification table. We will let you know when the new feature is ready.
