Description
This PR adds Chinese documentation to the cea repository. The documentation includes an introduction to the project, instructions on how to configure the project, deployment instructions, and documentation for the check-in helper plugin.
Summary of Changes
docs/README.zh-CN.mdto provide an introduction to the project in Chinese.docs/config.mdto include instructions on how to configure the project in Chinese.docs/deploy.mdto include deployment instructions in Chinese.docs/docs/api/plugins/check-in-helper/README.mdto provide documentation for the check-in helper plugin in Chinese.Please review and merge this PR to add Chinese documentation to the cea repository.
