In PR #524 some links to old Trac tickets are fixed after discovering them passing locally the link checker, to the build documents.

I think we need to include also and test, to be sure that links are check and they pass the test.

We need also need to be sure, relative links to the document anchors, are working, to avoid issues like the one solved in PR #518
