The changes specified in the ticket are exactly followed here.
However, it is notable that in the ticket's comment 9, Nan Galbraith expressed pleasure at an improvement in the first paragraph of section 2.6.1. In fact, this branch and pull request do not change that paragraph, because we see no sign that a new wording had been proposed. However, I agree with Nan that that paragraph might benefit from an update. Perhaps that belongs in another ticket.
