This is just fixing missing anchor on the document, Please, can someone from @cf-convention/info-mgmt team, just review and merge? Thanks

I can confirm this replaces an undefined anchor reference to the correct one and therefore fixes the relevant linkage. Thanks @cofinoa, merging.
