Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

  1. Go to https://sdk.ckeditor.com/samples/balloontoolbar.html.
  2. Focus widget.
  3. Drag and drop widget.

Expected result

Balloon toolbar is visible after dropping widget.

Actual result

Balloon toolbar is visible after dropping widget.

This issue was extracted from #1462. As fixing #1462 should also fix this issue, we decided to apply quick workaround for balloon toolbar itself (as #1462 is quite complicated one).

  • Installed CKEditor plugins: balloontoolbar
