Originally "clean-up popover styles -- actually it was the tooltip. Just some simple tweaks to make it less whitespace prominent:
I also realized the Media popover (menu when you click images) was similarly whitespace heavy, so shrunk it. Broke the separator, but I'm out of side project time for the AM, and its not very important. Left a note.
