Hash functions for Bitcoin using the WebCrypto API and polyfills.

Hash functions

Currently implemented:

• SHA256
• SHA256d = SHA256(SHA256(msg))
• RIPEMD160
• HASH160 = RIPEMD160(SHA256(msg))
• SHA1
• hmac_sha256
• hmac_sha512
• pdkdf2

High-level API

There are convenience classes providing high-level methods to work with byte arrays:

Low-level API

Alternatively, there is a low-level API to the hash functions:
