Tracker for Fedora 41 changes to notify users

This issue will track all the Fedora 41 changes that are worth surfacing in our Fedora 40 communications due to e.g. upgrade considerations.

The following issues/changes have been mentioned so far:

• ComposeFS is now enabled
  Document composeFS and how to disable it fedora-coreos-docs#662

Additional issues to mention:

• dropping some firmware packages that provide Wi-Fi firmware #1575
• cgroups v1 will no longer work
• moby-engine 24.0.5-4.fc40 -> 27.1.2-1.fc41

We should mention to our users that they must switch to cgroups v2 before the update to F41 occurs. Under F41 if systemd.unified_cgroup_hierarchy=0 exists on the kernel command line then the system won't boot and you get:

This is a pretty big change:

moby-engine 24.0.5-4.fc40 -> 27.1.2-1.fc41

We should review it and mention anything of note to users.
