Hello,

When I validate some page after some time some page is unapproved.

I see that the meta is modified but I don't know why.

I don't see any modification on it.

Can you help me?

This seems to be happening to us as well. We are on Dokuwiki release 2022-07-31 "Igor" and the latest plugin version from 2021-02-18. I haven't been able to figure out any common occurrence that resets these other than it just randomly happens.
