Changing default password for gaiad deafult account

Summary of Bug

When we are making txs using gaiad the default password is "1234567890".You guys can't use such passwords for something that we are using in production.

Steps to Reproduce

Run the command "gaiacli send --amount=25steak --sequence=0 --name=cooldev --to=<receiver_account_address> --chain-id=sentinel-test" where gaiacli is a local light client not for testnet
The password asked is deafult instead of taking from user during initialisation
