Based on the latest discussions we had, ADR 033 (#7459) had been approved. It is used by the group module which we are adding (#7633). This issue is to track adding it to the SDK based on the initial work in https://github.com/regen-network/regen-ledger/tree/master/types/module updated based on discussions #9171 and #9182.
