Summary of Bug

ibc-go contains several deprecated linters and does not enforce linting in ci

Version

main branch bf444a6

Steps to Reproduce

golangci-lint run ./...

produces linter errors, and complains of deprecated linters, when using golangci-lint 1.46.2

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged/assigned
