I've been through the pain of setting up and maintaining clustered PGs and I was wondering if I could contribute a guide to that. Would that fit in postgresguide ?

@oglu Definitely I'm sure many would find such an addition helpful, will add it when I find bandwidth or would happily accept a PR.
