Do you have reproduction steps? It could make it a lot easier to narrow this down.

@epage Yes! You can check them here. But i think the problem is in the source code. It has some unicode characters which typos doesn't recognize.

Looks like docs/french/NEWS is not valid UTF-8 and our processing of that is broken with the new renderer
