Currently, the Lua-filter that replaces ampersands in in-text citations by "and" supports English, Spanish, French, German, and Dutch. Suggestions for additional languages (including the required translation of "and") are welcome.

Hello! Would it be possible to add the norwegian language as well? The locale is "nb_NO", and the translation of "and" is "og". Thank you very much for this project, this citation stuff is driving me nuts!

EDIT: So that was embarassingly easy to do on my own. I will make a merge request.
