I have a question or feedback.
I found if there is an ice contamination on the sample, the tomogram generated from AreTomo seems to align tilt series centered around ice contamination rather than the biological sample below the contamination. Which is understandable because ice contamination is such a strong black feature. Is there or would there be a way around to exclude ice contamination when AreTomo aligns?
