Funding for v66.0 release #370

For those interested in sponsoring a 64.0 release that will use CEF branch 3282 / Chromium 64. This release will fix issues #270 and #231, to allow building cefpython using Spotify binaries cross-platform. This CEF branch should now be available on Spotify Automated Builds. You can post bounties using bountysource.com. Multiple people can post bounties to make for the goal. If the bounty is met a new release will be prepared and published. If the bounty is not met your funds will be returned if you wish so. See bountysource issue here:

CEF has updated its supported branch to Chromium v60, thus I will update this issue as well to v60.

Latest CEF supported branch is 3239 / v63, so this issue should be updated.

Latest supported CEF branch is now 3282 / v64, so this issue was updated accordingly.
