Links to be fixed:

  1. "bug reports" and "the list of issues for this repository" links under "What to Contribute" section in "CONTRIBUTING.md" point to issues from another lesson (https://github.com/swcarpentry/r-novice-gapminder/issues)
  2. Two occurrences of "master repository" links under "Using Github" section point to another lesson's master repository (https://github.com/swcarpentry/r-novice-gapminder)

Possibly add this to the lesson release checklist #5
