Description

Fix cyclic reboot of VM in CE version.

Why do we need it, and what problem does it solve?

If the virtual machine is in automatic restart approval mode, changes to the spec VMClass will result in a change to the node selector, which will no longer cause a cyclic reboot in the CE version.
