Add hw/vfio/hct device, which support using ccp in VM

We add a hct device in hw/vfio, support for use hct/ccp in virtual machines.

The device hct will simulate ccps from a mdev device which created by hct driver in host. With this patch, User can use HCT(Hygon Crypto Techlonogy) in the virtual env just like used in the Host.

To use this feature, user should start qemu with the paramter -device hct,sysfsdev=/sys/bus/mdev/devices/xx-xx-xx, xx-xx-xx is a mdev id which generate by hct.ko driver in host. follow is the example and test result in virtual env.

start qemu (one -device hct for one ccp):

I'm waiting for a deepin-community member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
